Yoga & Wellness Day

Join us & the team at Perfect Balance Yoga for a day of wellness in support of survivors for Domestic Violence Awareness Month!
10:15am-2pm: Local Artisan Market
10:45am: Yang to Yin Yoga by donation
12:15pm-2pm: Wellness Fair (Reiki, Energy Coaching, Cranial Healing Touch, Compassionate Coaching, Ayurvedic Dosha)
2:30pm: 'OM is Where the Heart Is' Moving Meditation by donation funds supporting counselling services for sexual assault survivors!
