Adult Counselling Program

The Adult Counselling Program is the only specialized service for adult survivors of sexual violence in the Central Okanagan, and this service is vital to our community. Our program provides affordable and inclusive counselling to adult women, men, LGBTQIA2S+, and those from diverse backgrounds who have been impacted by recent or historical sexual abuse.

Youth & Child Counselling (SAIP)

The Sexual Assault Intervention Program (SAIP) provides a range of timely and accessible assessment, treatment, case management and advocacy services to children who have been sexually abused.

‘Holding Hope’ Group Counselling

Holding Hope is a 6 week psycho-educational group for adult survivors of sexualized violence aged 19 years and older. Holding Hope aims to provide trauma informed education and coping strategies to group participants and creates opportunity for survivors to connect with one another in a supportive environment.
